Delve deep into the practice with a two hour guided experience. Begin with a hatha flow and stability work session, followed by a break to enjoy a selection of herbal teas and healthy snacks, and then complete with a restorative wall class, deep shavasana and guided meditation. This workshop is the perfect opportunity to retreat from the hustle and bustle and prioritize your well-being before and after the holidays.
