The purpose of these camps is to build physical literary through great coaching, an engaging environment, and a variety of stimulus. There is no doubt that athleticism builds self-confidence and prepares children for life`s challenges as well as an overall positive experience in physical activity. Missing the window for physical literacy will inhibit the ability to optimize skills and lessen the chance of healthy living to adulthood. Sports Specialization at an early age limits kid from exposure to new activities with different learning scenarios acquiring new skills. Using the Collingwood trail system campers discover all Collingwood has to offer. Activities taught by experts in their field include: Mountain Biking, Soccer, Rugby, Speed, Agility, and Strength, Yoga, Swimming, Volleyball, Basketball, Trail Running, Hiking & Caving and Tennis.

Geared towards ski racers, the focus of this camp is to build skills in many different facets of movement to provide a physical framework to be successful in the sport of ski racing. Physical conditioning, recovery and nutrition principles will be key parts of the daily program. With special guests from the SOD and AOST coaching staff, you will learn about life on the road and what it takes to get to the next level. Active Life has over 20 years of experience building physical literacy and conditioning in ski racers.

Fit Girl Camp

Fit Girl camp is an all-female multisport camp that runs in August, we are taking girl power to a whole new level and combining the structure of our multisport camp and our Fit Girl program to create one amazing, empowering and fun week! Activities will include: strength and conditioning classes, yoga, nutrition, self-esteem/body awareness activities, swimming, sports, and MORE! Please register as soon as possible as space will go VERY quickly, space is limited. Ability to ride a bike is mandatory.
Fit Girl Camp is open to girls born in 2005,2006, and 2007.
