Hatha Yoga: This class will guide you through a flowing series of standing, seated, and lying postures. Foam roller myofascial work will accompany the practice to aid in releasing tension and improving flexibility. Each class begins with meditation and ends with deep relaxation.

Detox Flow Yoga: A dynamic practice of flowing yoga postures focusing on stimulating the digestive system and lymphatic system with the purpose of aiding in detoxification. Students will experience sequences of poses including sun salutations, twists, bends and stretches that aid in digestion, immunity, fat-burning, and flexibility.

Stretch and Stability (Core + Yoga): Strengthen and lengthen your body in this holistic class targeting your core with mat and roller work followed by hatha yoga poses to increase flexibility and relieve tension. 30 minutes core, 30 minutes stretching, followed by a deep relaxation to integrate.
