Hatha Yoga (Hybrid): This class will guide you through a flowing series of standing, seated, and lying postures. Foam roller myofascial work will accompany the practice to aid in releasing tension and improving flexibility. Each class begins with meditation and ends with deep relaxation. * Hybrid means you can access this class in person or from home on Zoom.  Register for the correct option to receive the zoom link.

Stretch & Stability (Hybrid):  This class will be comprised of approximately 30 minutes of flexibility work through classic yoga poses and approximately 30minutes of core stabilization work.

Yoga 360: Strengthen and lengthen your body in this holistic class addressing every part of the body. Each class will be different and will include a variety of approaches, all stemming from the science of Yoga. You may expect poses against the wall, stability work on the roller, flowing sequences on the mat, and core strengthening exercises.
