Push your pace is a specialized conditioning program with a focus on functionality designed to engage as broad a range of mental and physical components from your body as possible. The goal of Push Your Pace is to motivate you to push your body to improve in all of the 10 recognized fitness categories: Accuracy, Agility, Balance, Cardio-Respiratory, Coordination, Endurance, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Stamina and Strength, in order to produce a noticeable performance improvement. Push Your Pace will allow you to do just that. It has the ability to be modified to suit virtually all age groups and fitness levels. Level 3/4
