AL 2.0….. Stands for Active Life 2.0
For any active female in their early 40s and up, this is part 2 of our lives. The things we previously did to stay healthy and active don’t necessarily apply or work for this phase of our lives. We must learn and shift with this time to figure out how to best live our ‘new’ Active Life.
The program includes:
–2 ‘Lift Heavy Sh*t’ Classes each week Max 8 people/ cohort
Option#1 Tuesdays @9:30am & Fridays 10:15am (Sarah Applegarth)
Option #2 Monday and Wednesday @ 6pm (Brandy Coghill)
Option #3 Monday and Wednesday @ 9:15am (Brandy Coghill)
–A full Program with access to our training App for the duration of the program for logging weights, keeping accountable and other wellness indices. There will be an optional 3rd LHS day and 2x/ week HIIT workouts to do independently throughout the week.
– A copy of our digital AL2.0 guidebook (nutrition, pelvic health, hormones and more)
-An Invitation to our AL2.0 panel of experts night on Wednesday September 20th 7:15pm . Learn what changes in hormones do to your mental and physical well being and how to work with these changes and live your best life.

***It is recommended that you book a wellness movement assessment with one of our therapy team prior to starting the LHS classes to ensure there are no major red flags in your movement patterns that could pre-dispose you to injury in this program.
