AL 2.0 Stands for Active Life 2.0

For any active female in their early 40s and up, this is part 2 of our lives.  The things we previously did to stay healthy and active don’t necessarily apply or work for this phase of our lives.  We must learn and shift with this time to figure out how to best live our ‘new’ Active Life.

Lift Heavy Sh*t for Women 40+ through Peri/Menopause

The AL2.0 Program will include:

2 ‘Lift Heavy Sh*t’ Classes each week from March 20- May 7th (14 classes) Max 8 people/ cohort
Option#1 Tuesdays @9:30am & Fridays 10:15am (Sarah Applegarth)
Option #2 Monday and Thursdays @ 6pm (Brandy Coghill)
Option #3 Monday and Wednesdays @ 9am (Brandy Coghill)

***It is recommended that you book a wellness movement assessment with one of our therapy team prior to starting the LHS classes to ensure there are no major red flags in your movement patterns that could pre-dispose you to injury in this program.

A full 2 month Program with access to our training App for the duration of the program for logging weights, keeping accountable and other wellness indices.  There will be an optional 3rd LHS day and HIIT workouts to do independently throughout the week.

It also includes an evening Q&A panel discussion with some amazing experts in their fields on topics such as Homone therapy, pelvic health, nutrition, supplementation and more on Thursday March 23th 7:15-8:45pm.
