November 30 Day Cardio Challenge
As we get into the month of November, we find ourselves in between seasons. Our beloved mountain bike trails are covered in wet leaves, the morning temperatures are not conducive (for most of us) to enjoying a gravel grind or road bike, and the xc and downhill ski trails are not quite ready for us.
November can be a tough month to keep your cardio up. We want to help motivate you to turn november into your cardio boost that will set you up for your winter activities.
Click here to join our strava team. We will do random draws and give prizes to those who join our Strava team and log a minimum of 30 mins of cardiovascular activity each day for all 30 days in November. This can include everything from low intensity recovery walks to high intensity activities like cycling, ALC or home workouts or mountain runs. Please respect the trail systems and stay off when they are wet.
