Though ALC has had a facility for 14 years, it is the 10 year anniversary of our current location at 8 Stewart Road.
We would like to celebrate with you all with complementary classes, door prizes, and free food and snacks throughout the day.

Join us (enroll online) for one of our complementary classes below or drop in for a social and lunch at 1pm that day following the Nooner class!

6:00am: Push Your Pace
9:00am: Pilates Matwork
10:30am: Fundamental Fitness
12:00pm:  Nooner
1:00:  Social/Lunch 
(Pre Registration for classes is required.)
