Debra has been around fitness for over 30 years, teaching the Personal Training Specialist Course for Canfit Pro, while teaching at Durham College. She has completed many different races; ½ Ironman, Boston Marathon and being a part of Team Canada at the World Cup Triathlon in 2008.
