Meaghan grew up in Tiny Township and travelled around the globe before settling back in Ontario. As a group class junkie, she tried everything under the sun until she found Pilates and became obsessed with the way it made her feel. She traveled to the beautiful Nosara, Costa Rica to complete her Mat and Reformer teacher training through Balanced Body under the instruction of Master Trainer Page Sieffert.
After working in Collingwood for a couple years, she completed her Level 3 – Comprehensive Pilates Instructor certification through Body Harmonics. With a background working with bodies of all types and abilities, she is able to teach and support other humans in movement confidently and effective.
