Briana is a former competitive Varsity Rugby Player at Laurier University with a Degree in Biology and Minors in Kinesiology and Psychology. Competitive in multiple sports including soccer and hockey, she has taken her passion for sport and fitness into Sport Science and Performance Consulting with The Institute of Sport and High Performance.
Constantly learning and updating her knowledge and skillset through technology and the latest research on fitness/movement health, metabolic health and nutrition, Bri is passionate about optimizing one’s Biology.
After overcoming multiple concussions and sub concussive head impacts, Brain health is also a top priority for Bri in overall health and longevity.
Bri is also an outdoors enthusiast, spending as much of her free time as possible outside backpacking, camping, snowboarding, hiking, trail running, SUP’ing, fishing & hunting, golfing, etc.
