This combination of light to moderate cardio, strength, balance and flexibility exercises is specifically designed for adults in the 50+ age group to help regain or maintain a healthy body in a safe, fun and professionally supported way. Each participant will receive a 30 minute injury screen assessment.  Maximum participants 8.
