With a focus on injury prevention, functional and athletic movements, these classes are comprised of dynamic warm ups, agility, cardiovascular, strength, balance, and core conditioning movements. Recovery sessions complete the workout with partner flexibility and foam roller myofascial work. Level 3/4.
