Greg attended the University of Western where he earned an Honours degree in Kinesiology. Continuing his education, he graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2009 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, and in 2012 received his medical acupuncture certificate from McMaster University.  Greg specializes in hands on myofascial work and looking at the body as a complete unit to improve function rather than chasing symptoms.   Book in to see Greg:  [email protected]

Leslie graduated from Sutherland-Chan Teaching School and Clinic in 2001. She spent the first six years of practice in Toronto working with a wide range of patients before moving to the Collingwood area in 2007 and treating people in a variety of settings. In the course of her 2200 hour diploma program, and the duration of her career, she has treated individuals with neurological conditions, sports injuries, pregnancy related musculoskeletal discomforts and repetitive or stress related concerns. Her approach is clinical but in a relaxing environment, with some emphasis on self-care, exercises and informative feedback.

Leslie enjoys many physical activities, such as hiking, running, cycling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and crossfit, and is inspired by living in this beautiful area of Ontario. Gavin Comes to ALC from a competitive gymnastics background where he competed both provincially and nationally.  After retiring from gymnastics he kept up with physical activity through martial arts and weight training.  Finding true passion and gratification when assisting others with their health goals, Gavin next became a personal trainer and lifelong student of health and wellness.

As a registered massage therapist he graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with the designation of Magna Cum Laude and a hospital specialization.  An Avid learner, Gavin holds an array of certifications including: Fascial Stretch Therapist Level 1, and a series of Poliquin International Certifications.  Gavin describes his style of massage  as a fluid approach that can adapt to any client’s specific needs.  His clients have been known to call him “aggressive and effective”  Book with Gavin by emailing him directly [email protected]

Kelly graduated with a BA Honours Phys Ed from the University of Western Ontario as well as a Diploma in Athletic Training and Management from Sheridan College.
