Active Life Conditioning was founded by Sarah Applegarth in 2001. It currently has 12 coaches and works with a variety of clients ranging from Olympians to those looking to improve general health and wellness.
Active Life Conditioning is a new concept for Collingwood area residents. The Training Centre provides a facility for athletes and anyone looking to accomplish their fitness goals through a coach based system. All coaches live the Active Life philosophy. We keep group sizes small so our clients receive the best possible care and attention during their time with us.
What we expect from you
We empower our clients by teaching them skills that they can take with them wherever life takes them. We expect you to be accountable for your results by arriving on time and being well prepared for your session. Where you will make the best gains is by continuing to live an active life outside of your sessions with us. Solid nutrition and recovery techniques will be taught following your sessions and will help you to obtain the best results.
