Kelly graduated with a BA Honours Phys Ed from the University of Western Ontario as well as a Diploma in Athletic Training and Management from Sheridan College. She is a certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Kinesiologist with 30 years of experience in the field of sports medicine. She has worked with many high level amateur teams, including women’s provincial rugby, junior national basketball, Fed Cup tennis, women’s hockey. She has also worked with many elite skiers (National and Ontario team). A highlight was being selected to be part of the core medical team for the Paralympic games in Athens, Greece 2004.
Kelly is currently involved in Paralympic sport, working as an international classifier for Wheelchair tennis. She is also contract Faculty at York University in the School of Kinesiology.
