Brandy is a registered kinesiologist who actively pursued health and fitness throughout her education. After obtaining her diploma in fitness and health promotion at Georgian College she then when on to the university of Guelph Humber where she graduated with a bachelors of applied science in kinesiology. Throughout her time at college and university she gained a variety of experience through placement and work place opportunities. While attending college she assisted in coaching the varsity sports teams and completing fitness assessments to meet goals and improve athletic performance. Brandy also obtained experience in the clinical field with her placement at the University Health Network assisting with education based classes and therapeutic exercise to help with cardiac and diabetic patients. She continued working in in the clinical field providing therapy based exercises for patients with both minor and serious injuries.
Brandy enjoys being in the outdoors and spending time on lakes and rivers kayaking or on her paddle board.
