Shane StillwellStrength and Conditioning Coach, Baseball Skills Instructor

Shane is a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer and an Adaptive Fitness Specialist. He
holds a Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma from Fanshawe College and has studied
Kinesiology at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. He is currently
completing an undergraduate degree in Health Science. Shane has been a Fitness and
Sports Instructor for the Canadian Armed Forces for 4 years and has deployed on
Operation Reassurance as a Fitness, Sports and Recreation Coordinator.  Shane has
worked with varsity athletes at Fanshawe College, Western University as well as
international military athletes abroad. He has played competitive Baseball, Hockey,
Soccer and Volleyball and has thrown discus and javelin at the provincial level. He
hopes to use a wide variety of sports and elite fitness knowledge and experience to help
improve athletes and clients at ALC as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

sessions and athletes fitness testing this past Fall.  He will fit in nicely with our talented
