Reformer/Chair and Pilates Matwork courses:

6 Week Block (May 19-June 29):

This small-group pilates class uses matwork, Pilates chair and reformer/tower exercises to build optimal balance, strength and flexibility. Exercises progress from simple to dynamic in a variety of positions. With just six people per class, you’ll get focused coaching that helps you lift well, move well, and leave feeling stronger.
