New Primal Strength 6 week Program

This is uniquely designed to explore movement and discover what your body is capable of. The intent is to establish a strong foundation of body awareness, strength, and coordination by focusing on the core primal movement patterns being the Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Weighted Carries and Locomotion.

Over the course of the 6 weeks, you can expect to be challenged both physically and mentally, learn how to master proper technique of the fundamental movements, and feel supported in an encouraging environment. During the first session, we will evaluate your strength and mobility to establish your starting point. Progress will continue to be monitored throughout the program, so that by the end of 6 weeks you can see what type of improvements you’ve made. In the subsequent sessions, you can expect to learn simple movements that build progressively over the course of the 6 weeks towards more challenging variations, keeping in mind that each movement can be modified to meet individual needs.

The program will run twice per week, and will be set to a small group of 6 adults. This format was selected to emphasize two important factors that encourage long-term sustainable change; consistency and community. It requires consistent effort over an extended period of time in order to move towards mastery, and build strength that lasts. Furthermore, it helps to participate in a supportive community that keeps you accountable to the goals you’ve set, while allowing you to have fun throughout the process.

When is the camp offered and how much does it cost?

The program will run twice per week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:45-7:45pm for 6 consecutive weeks for a total of 12 sessions. Investment is $239+hst

How do I sign-up?

The camps are capped at 6 people per 6 week block so you are encouraged to commit sooner than later to guarantee your spot since space is limited.
