Kickboxing: The Adult Kickboxing Class is suited for all participants from beginner to advanced.  Learn proper combinations and techniques from the Kickboxing disciplines of K1 and Muay Thai.  This class is sure to get your heart rate soaring and take your cardio and total body conditioning to new levels while really learning how to Kickbox (no getting hit required).  Kickboxing improves balance, speed, agility, power and self-discipline.  A fun high energy way to improve conditioning, relieve stress and learn useful self-defence skills along the way.
