Georgian Bay Squalls Summer Training with ALC

 In Programs

Squall athletes keep your Training going this summer with Active Life conditioning

People exercise outdoors on mats, raising arms and legs while lying on their backs. Dumbbells and personal items are nearby, suggesting the influence of personal training or crossfit routines. The group is on artificial grass and pavement, with buildings and a fence in the background—ideal for anyone looking for a gym near me with flexible outdoor spaces.

We have loved helping all our Squall athletes on their journey this past year.

For those who don’t want to wait for our next Squall group sessions coming this Fall, here are some options on our group class schedule that will be similar to what you have been doing with us.
