Barre is a fusion of Pilates, Functional Fitness and Dance.  Led by an ex-professional dancer, you’ll move through the beat of the music while seamlessly moving through a full body workout which focuses on mobility and stability of all major joints, you’ll connect to your core, and you’ll also feel a deep activation into your legs and glutes.  Absolutely no dance experience is needed, as this is definitely not a “dance class”- TRUST US ON THIS!  Barre is also very much for both males and females, and for all ages!  Some previous experience in Pilates and/or functional fitness is ideal, but not essential.
