What does Red Zone mean for Active Lifers?


Ok Active Lifers- we are back in the covid red zone  starting Tuesday February 16th.  As far as the facility goes, we will be operating as we were in November and December.  Reminder that masks MUST be worn while in the facility except when exercising moderate to intensely at least 3m away from other people.  Our door will be locked and we will let you in before your scheduled time.  Please wait in your car and watch for us to signal you in the building.  You will remover wet footwear and wash or sanitize you hands upon entry.  We are not permitted to have any common areas like hooks and cubbies so bring a bag to store all your personal items (coat/ hats/ mitts etc).

Group Conditioning Class Requirements:
Maximum 10 people in a class/room with 3m distance between participants.
Masks to be worn at all times within the building by coaches and participants except when participants are exercising heavily 3m away from other participants. Bring a bag for all your personal items and coats/hat/mitts as we are not permitted to have a cubby area open.  You will keep your bag with you at your station. Abide by our covid screen in your 24 hour reminder email and on our front door before you enter the building.
Our coaches will still be offering many hybrid class options for those unable or uncomfortable coming indoors. Be sure to register in our software for the zoom version of your class so you receive the zoom link to participate from home.  See our updated class schedule that will go until May 2nd. Please email info@activelifeconditioning.com to be bulk enrolled in your classes.

Therapy & Private Training Sessions
There are no changes here as we have been following maximum restriction guidelines since we reopened for these services.  Masks to be worn at all times within the building by coaches and participants except when participants are exercising heavily 3m away from other participants.  Be sure to remember to fill out our online covid screen that gets emailed  24 hours before your appointment.

Important Reminders 
Our front door will remain locked at all times.  Please wait in your car for your coach or therapist to open the front door for your scheduled session.  Bring a bag to put your personal belongs in as our cubby area remains closed as do our shower facilities and indoor waiting room.  If you are not feeling well or are uncomfortable coming in person to exercise or for therapy with us, we have virtual options for everything from yoga and private training to chiropractic and physiotherapy.  Contact info@activelifeconditioning.com for more information.
