Changes to Group Class Schedule and Rates for September

To make a simpler ALC experience this Fall and align ourselves with other fitness facilities in our area, we are moving to one universal pass for all ALC group class activities.  Starting Sept 5th, we will no longer offer two kinds of passes (previously Conditioning & Regeneration) now you can purchase our new ALC “Group Fitness Pass” packages.  These universal passes will get you in to any group class (Yoga, Pilates,PYP,Barre, Dance, Nooner, Fundamental Fitness etc) on our schedule.

We are also excited to announce a new 80 Class Pass (our best rate yet at $13.98+hst/class!)

1 pass +$25+hst

5 passes= $105+hst

10 passes= $189+hst

20 passes= $359+hst

40 passes= $639+hst

80 passes= $1119+hst

** if you currently have Regeneration passes for Yoga, Pilates or Barre class these can still be used up**
**Note this does not include our Lift Heavy Sh*t courses.**

We’re moving into longer “Bulk Enroll” blocks!
With this new pass structure we are also implementing a 16 week Fall schedule.  The Fall block will run Sept 5-Dec 18th 2023.
If you like to ensure your spot in your fav classes, being bulk enrolled will secure you on that attendance roster for the full 16 weeks.  You can always easily cancel yourself out of a bulk enrolled class online or on our Pike13 App at least 12 hours before the class without penalty.

Do you use our accountability method?
If you are bulk enrolled in our 16 week Fall Session and you wish to enroll yourself online for other ALC classes during that time you will need more than 16 passes on your profile.  Your 16 passes are “saved/ pre-allocated” to those classes and cannot be used to register for other classes.   Please note if you decide to add a class to your bulk enroll schedule, you’ll need to add a larger package or email us for assistance. We are happy to help!
