8-week Fall Youth programs at ALC
Train with the best to be your best in the best youth facility in town
Starting Sept 8th our 8 week training blocks for all youth programming will begin. 
This will be limited to 10 participants in each age group and will involve full commitment for the 8 weeks.

Program Includes:
1) 8 weeks of training (1-2x/week depending upon program)
2) Pre-post testing to gauge progress
3) A seat at our 6pm ALC mental performance education talk with Coach Kiri
5) 10% discount on multi-sport court rental during the 8 weeks (now open at 8 Stewart Rd perfect for pickleball and ‘pop tennis’)
6) $10 discount off 1 hour rental of  Apex Play multisport & golf simulator and a promo code for 10% off for the duration of the 8 week programme (games include golf, soccer, baseball, basketball, dodgeball and more)

  • Performance (14-18yrs) 2x/week -**no class Oct 13- Mon & Wed 3:45-4:45pm coach Rob-15 workouts, plus additional items above.  Investment $280+hst REGISTER HERE

  • Intro to performance  (12-14yrs) 2x/week -**no class Oct 13- Mon & Wed 4:45-5:45pm coach Rob- 15 workouts, plus additional items above.  Investment $280+hst REGISTER HERE

  • Fit girl 13+ (13-17yrs) 2x/week -**no class Oct 13- Mon &Wed  5-6pm coach Ben- 15 workouts, plus additional items above. Investment $280+hst REGISTER HERE

  • Fit Girl 13U (12 and under) 1x/week- Thurs 5-6pm coach Ben- 8 workouts plus additional items above. Investment $160+hst REGISTER HERE

  • Train to Train (co-ed 10-13yrs) 1x/week-Tues 4-5pm coach Ben -8 sessions plus addtional items above. Investment $160+hst  REGISTER HERE
