Mark is a NESTA certified Personal Fitness Trainer. Although his athletic background is varied, his favourites include: racing cross-country mountain bikes, cross-country running and various forms of martial arts. He began his calling in the fitness industry by coaching youth soccer and as the assistant trainer for the Okanagan Suns football team. Mark specializes in both private training and group conditioning classes and is known and respected for his attention to detail and lifting form correction.
