The purpose of these camps is to build physical literacy through great coaching, an engaging environment and variety of stimulus.  There is no doubt that athleticism builds self-confidence and prepares children for life’s challenges as well as an overall positive experience in physical activity.  Missing the window for physical literacy will inhibit the ability to optimize skills and lessen the chance of healthy living into adulthood.  Sports specialization at an early age limits kids from exposure to new activities with different learning scenarios and acquiring new skills.

Camps run from 9 am until 4 pm each day. Pick up and drop off is at  the Collingwood Curling Club (beside the YMCA)
