Youth Conditioning

Inspired and aligned with Canada’s Sport 4 life (canadiansportforlife.ca) model with Long Term Athlete Development in mind, youth are taught proper movement patterns and challenged with coordination, movement, strength and cardiovascular tasks through games and fun exercises during each session.  Session are taught both indoors and outdoors depending on schedule and weather.

  • FUNdamentals (ages 7-10yrs)
  • Train to Train (ages 11-14yrs)
  • FitGirl (Females Aged 11-17yrs)
  • Performance Training (14+yrs elite)
