All of our group classes are based around an athletic model.  Exercises are multi-joint functional movements performed in a challenging competitive environment.  Our coaches are experts in their fields and have the knowledge and education to make modifications for clients with injuries. Group sizes are kept small to ensure quality and attention to individual needs within a group.
