Katie is a nutrition and health expert. Having been active and involved in a variety of sports growing up, physical activity is a huge part of her life and
has played a large role in shaping who she is today. She is a powerful motivator and inspirational force, with an innate gift of elevating the energy of all
the people she meets. She has spent the last 12 years coaching people in nutrition, fitness and yoga. Over her 12 years she has received a handful of
certifications from Holistic Nutritionist, Barre instructor, Spin instructor, Reiki Master, Hatha Yoga instructor and Restorative Yoga instructor.
