28 Day Nutrition Reset

Coming this Spring, Katie Hamilton, our certified holistic nutritionist will be hosting a 28-day Nutrition Reset group program. Spring is the perfect time to cleanse your body, boost your immune system, and lose the extra winter weight gain. You will re-energize your body and spirit, learn new healthy eating habits and discover many delicious and nutritious recipes.

 

First meeting: Thursday April 13th @ 7:15 pm
Official Start Date Tuesday April 18th 
Second meeting: Monday May 1st @ 7:15 pm
Final Meeting: Monday May 15th @ 7:15 pm
