Hearty Buckwheat Cereal
A great alternative to processed cereal. This is a hearty breakfast that will keep you satisfied for hours. Great to have before an active day!
½ cup of cooked buckwheat or quinoa ¼ – ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk Handful of grapes or half an apple 10 almonds, or walnuts 2 Tbsp of any raw seeds – pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, hemp ½ cup dried shredded unsweetened coconut (optional) Add a pinch of salt and cinnamon (optional)
