Hatha Yoga: This class will guide you through a flowing series of standing, seated, and lying postures. Foam roller myofascial work will accompany the practice to aid in releasing tension and improving flexibility. Each class begins with meditation and ends with deep relaxation.

Sport Stretch: In 45 minutes, athletes stretch and flow to promote mobility, flexibility, and recovery. This class combines yoga poses and myofascial release, plus core stabilization. Ideal for athletes in need of a good weekly recovery session to keep them on the field/bike/trails.
