Ingredients:
brownie:
1 cup soaked walnuts (soak walnuts in water for 24 hours and rinse well,
soaking releases the acids that prevent you from digesting them properly)
1 cup dates
1/4 cup cacoa powder
icing:
2 avocados
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup cocao powder
2 Tbsp coconut oil melted
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
dash of salt
dash of cinnamon
Directions:
1. Put the brownie ingredients in a food processor until blended and chunky.
Press into a small pan.
2. Put the icing ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth.
3. Spread icing over the brownies and pop into freezer to set for 1 hour.
